This was my son's favorite salmon dish. Since I had fresh herbs handy, I used them for this recipe. It came out great!
作り方

Combine all the panko mix ingredients in a large plate.

Coat salmon with olive oil on all sides.

Place the salmon into a panko mixture.

Toss it in the breadcrumbs until it is thoroughly coated.

NOTE: Press them a little to ensure the panko sticks.

Repeat for the rest.

Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place the salmon and cook until golden brown at the bottom.

Then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden browned.

NOTE: Cook all sides until golden browned.

Serve.

This recipe uses fresh herbs, but you can use 1 teaspoon of dried herbs instead.
