When we went to DC, we had fancy appetizers that were all delicious! This is one of them and I finally nailed it!
作り方

Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Mix them by hand until all the ingredients are incorporated.

NOTE: Apply olive oil on hands when shaping the kabobs.

Divide the meat into eight balls.

Wrap the meat mixture around the wood skewers.

NOTE: Kafta should be about 1" in thickness for the texture.

Heat the grill pan over medium heat.

Brush the pan lightly with olive oil.

Grill the kabobs for 8-10 mins, turning them occasionally.

NOTE: Turn the skewers for a nice grill mark on each side.

Transfer to the serving plate and serve with tahini sauce.
コツ・ポイント
I substituted the lemon juice over the sumac, which is typical seasoning for kafta kabobs.
