Separate egg whites and yolks

Add sugar to egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form

Add egg yolk to the egg whites and mix well with whipper

Add milk and mix well with whipper

Prepare rubber spatula

Add rice powder and mix from the bottom by using rubber spatula without crushing egg white bubbles

Add oil and mix

Put in cups and bake for 20 minutes with 170 degrees (add a few minutes with 200degrees if not good colour)
