Ingredients

  1. 250 gself raising flour
  2. 40 gdark chocolate(shreded)
  3. 100 gCastor sugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 30 gground nuts
  6. 1/2 cuphot coffee
  7. 10 gunsweetened cocoa
  8. 1/2 cupbutter milk
  9. 1 tspvanilla essence
  10. 180 gmelted butter or oil

    Prepare your baking tin....preheat your oven to 180degrees....prepare your ingredients too.

    Mix cocoa with flour and sift together, set a side.....beat your eggs till they double.....add sugar bit by bit while mixing

    Melt chocolate into hot coffee stir well till dissolved......add vanilla essence and chocolate mixture to the eggs

    Add melted butter or oil....mix together....now fold in flour alternating with buttermilk...

  5. 5

    Now fold in groundnuts...pour into you baking tin....bake for 60mins......after its well baked leave it to cool in the tin for about 15mins then remove and cover with a clinc film to completely cool before you serve....enjoy!
