Cooking Instructions

Wash all your ingredients and drain off. slice one cucumber,blend the remaining two cucumbers, grind your ginger (add little water inside the ginger), squeeze your lemon and keep aside.

In a clean jug or container, sieve the blended cucumber, sieve the squeezed lemon, sieve the grinded ginger, add your desires sugar, flavor and block, then add your sliced cucumber inside and garnish your smoothie with parsley and mint leaves.

Serve it cold and chill! This smoothie is good for our health as you observe the ingredients, it is very good to hypertension, diabetes patient and its good to children and adults, its tasty if you preferably use bebi-mix (coconut and pineapple flavor)
