Cooking Instructions

First, cut your onions into tiny pieces.

In a bowl,add your flour

In the same bowl of flour, add your onions

Once you have added your onions, add sugar and salt

In that same bowl, add now the cooking oil.

Now, once you are done adding the ingredients, its time for mixing everything together.

When you are done mixing,make a well at the centre and add the luke warm water.

In this step, it will kneading time,so you need strength for it.

After kneading, your dough will look like this

Cover your dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes

Once, your dough has rested, divide into 4 or 5 equal parts.

Take, one part of the dough pin it out with a rolling pin and make a circle,add a bit of cooking oil and spread it all over the circle dough, take your knife and divide the dough into parts, once after dividing take one part,and roll it gently to make something like a small ball or car wheel.

Place all those, dough that you have made in circles, in a tray, dust them and cover them.

Heat, your pan, ensure that your cooking oil is stand by also.

Take one dough,the ones that are shaped and pin them out into a circle, place them on the hot pan, ensure you cook it on both sides.

Once done serve with your favourite stew.
