  1. 300 gall purpose flour
  2. 2 tbspbaking powder
  3. 2to baking soda
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 200 gsugar
  6. 3large bananas
  7. 2eggs
  8. 150 gmolten margarine
  9. 4 tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
  10. Icing sugar for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line your muffin tin.

    Sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and set aside

  3. 3

    Mash the bananas and add sugar and the eggs. Mix.

  4. 4

    Pour in the molten margarine and give it a good mix

  5. 5

    Add in the dry ingredients and whisk to a smooth batter

  6. 6

    Scoop the batter into the lined muffin tins to 2/3 full and reduce the oven heat to 160 degrees celcius bake for 15 - 20 minutes

  7. 7

    Remove and allow to cool

  8. 8

    Sprinkle some icing sugar and serve
