Ingredients

  1. 1 kgall purpose flour
  2. 1 tbspsalt 3 tbsp sugar
  3. Warm water
  4. 2 TBSdesiccated coconut
  5. 1large carrot
  6. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour into a big basin.

    Add all ingredients except water and oil and mix well

  3. 3

    Make a well in the middle and add 11/2cups...mix well with the flour adding water when necessary to make a soft dough.

    Add like a tbsp oil and knead well.

    Cover when done and leave for about 30 min.

    Divide the dough into balls. Roll the balls and oil. Roll into a ball.

    Repeat to all the balls

    Heat a pan. Roll the oiled balls again into a thin circle.

    Put onto the pan till it brown on both side. Brush it with some oil and let it Cook till it brown on all side.don't burn

    Enjoy with your favorite stew or tea
