Ingredients

  1. Pre boiled githeri
  2. Onions
  3. Tomato
  4. Dhania
  5. Potatoes
  6. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the onions, add spices and potatoes and fry lightly on low heat.

    Add tomato puree and dhania stems. Let it simmer till the tomato cooks. Add water to make a sauce (you can add a bit of royco at this point) add githeri, stir to combine. Cover and let simmer on low for 10 min.

    Add dhania, give a quick stir and serve. (you can add butter/blueband/ghee to enrich it. Enjoy!
