Sauteed liver with tomato stew

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgliver
  2. 4 tbspcooking oil
  3. Chopped dhania
  4. Chopped garlic
  5. 6tomatoes
  6. 4onions
  7. 1tspn royco
  8. 1tspn chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2chilli cubes -knor beef
  11. 2tspn vinegar

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the liver in a pan with cooking oil,salt,chilli cubes and chilli powder

  2. 2

    Fry them to golden brown,add onions and garlic.Then sauce them, sprinkling royco powder over.Finally add some little touch of vinegar to spice it up.

    For the tomatoes fry the onions, garlic to golden brown,simmer the tomatoes, add salt, royco powder then sprinkle the dhania as a garnish
