Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tbspntumeric powder
  4. Cooking oil for frying
  5. 2 tbspscorn flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes,cut them to desired sizes,wash them in cold water to remove excess starch

  2. 2

    In a saucepan add water and tumeric powder,let them boil for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix them with the corn flour then fry them in hot oil,remove from oil,then fry them for the second time to give a nice color coat

  4. 4

    Serve while hot
