Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 2 tspeno
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 cupsambhar
  6. 1/2 cupcoconut chutney
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add sooji, curd and water.

    Mix well and put it for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Add salt and eno. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Grees the idli mould and put 2 tbsp batter.

  5. 5

    Cook idli in steamer.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with Sambhar and chutney.
