Ingredients

  1. 260 gbread flour
  2. 100 gwhite all purpose flour
  3. 25 gsugar
  4. 5 gyeast
  5. 200 mlwarm milk
  6. 40 gmelted margarine
  7. pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add all the dry ingredients add margarine and rub in, add warm milk and knead to form a dough.

    Transfer the dough into a flat surface dust and knead for 10 minutes. Put in an oiled bowl cover with a clean kitchen towel and put in a warm surface to proof for 1 HR. It will have doubled in size

    Punch down and in a greased baking tin shape the dough into a bread let it proof again for 20 minutes brush with milk or egg wash and in a preheated oven at 180 for 25 minutes

    Let it cool completely before you cut. Enjoy with tea or chocolate
