SARCIADONG ISDA literally translates to "Fish with egg sauce". Fried fish is simmered in a sauce that is usually composed of tomatoes,.eggs and onions; some seasoning are also added to enhance the flavor. This simple and healthy recipe also works well with leftover fried fish that you had last night for dinner into a very tasty and healthy dinner or lunch meal. Armilie -

If you associate tilapia with being bland and boring, this easy recipe is here to change your mind—it just may become your new favorite fish. Lean, inexpensive, and ready in under 30 minutes, this is a perfect choice for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Jerry Kaye -
