Ingredients

  1. 334 gself raising flour
  2. 168 gicing sugar
  3. 168 gprestige
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2tspn lemon essence (pradip)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

    In a bowl, add icing sugar, prestige and mix using a hand mixer/ woden spatula until it blends well. It should be pale and fluffy

  3. 3

    Add eggs one at a time and continue mixing

  4. 4

    Add flour and mix for about 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the lemon essence into the paste and mix

  6. 6

    Put the paste into a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice. Lay your baking tray with a patchment paper.. you can apply butter instead. And shape your cookies.

  7. 7

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they brown nicely, remove from the oven and let the cook on the tray before putting them in an airtight container. Serve and enjoy with a glass of warm milk.
