Firstly, wash and cut the onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, spring onion and cut the paneer cubes. Now, Heat ghee in a pan. Add asafoetida and crackle the cumin seeds. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic and fry till garlic turns golden in colour. Now add onion, spring onions and fry them till golden brown colour. Add tomato and mix the masala like turmeric powder, red chilli Powder and Coriander powder mix well them and cover for 5-6 mins. Stir occasionally.

Add paneer and mix well in the mixture. Now add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and Salt, Cook for 5 mins. Chilli paneer filling is ready. Let it cool down for few minutes.

Now we'll prepare dough to make wrap for the roll. First take refined wheat flour. Add oil, Salt and warm water and make a dough. Take out lemon size balls and roll out chapati like wrap from it. Roast such wrap on the pan.

Appy a layer of mayonnaise on those wrap and put some chilli paneer filling and form a roll of it. Wrap it in paper napkin and garnish with onion and chopped spring onions leaves and serve with ketchup.
