Simple party jollof rice with salad
Delicious meal perfect for lunch or dinner
Cooking Instructions

Wash your rice and allow it to dry off.

Put your pot on fire add oil when hot salute the onions then add on your tomato paste and fry.

When almost done add in your wash and dried rice and start frying it when on pour in your water to cover it and allow to cook on low heat.

After some minutes of cooking open add in your seasoning cubes and spices mix then cover with foil paper and cover it continue cooking on low heat.

After some minutes check if done turn of the heat and slice some onions on top cover and allow it to sit for few minutes before packing it.

Wash season your meat cook and fry it then set aside.

Wash all your vegetables grate your cabbage, carrot and onions and cut your cucumber dice your red and green ball pepper.

Plate as seen in the picture.
