We are used to frying and roasting peanuts but boiling is the most healthiest way of having your peanuts.It's a heathy snack rich in vitamins and acts as a very good antioxidant.
If you don't have a pressure cooker,you can use a jiko,gas or firewood but it will take you longer than the time have shown.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeanuts
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1/4 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Place the raw peanuts in a pressure cooker.Add salt and water

  2. 2

    Lock the lid,shake and place on high heat till the cooker whistles.

  3. 3

    After the first whistle,set the heat to low and slow cook till the next whistle.

  4. 4

    Turn off the heat and let the pressure cooker cool till the lid can be unlocked without force.

  5. 5

    You'll see the peanuts have been boiled and the water has turned dense brown.

  6. 6

    Strain out the water and spare that water for cooking something else since its delicious.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy!
