Bread Dough with Whole Wheat Flour Bread Dough with Whole Wheat Flour
Feel healthier with this delicious bread recipe that uses only whole wheat flour. You can make many different kinds of deli bread with this dough, so it's convenient.Course Black Pepper: if you have it, use it. When letting the bread machine knead the dough, if you add in all of the ingredients into the machine at once, the bread will tend to get stale a lot more quickly. As for the flour, I used Super Camellia brand (please adjust the amount of water added, according to the type of flour used. Domestic bread flours won't need as much water.) Recipe by DUFFYchan cookpad.japan -

Basic fluffy white bread Basic fluffy white bread
After a very long hunt I finally found the perfect fluffy bread recipe from a friend and tweaked it to makes my own. I used semolina to really add flavor. I can tell when it's been left out. Also the wheat protein is crucial to the light and fluffy texture. You can get bread flour and leave it out since that's what bread flour is. I just don't like storing different plain flour. 43% Whole Wheat Bread Rolls 43% Whole Wheat Bread Rolls
This is a whole wheat roll that can be made into sandwiches and brought along on an outing. I aimed for not too heavy bread that still had a high ratio of whole wheat flour. You can use your bread machine's dough course for the first rise. In the summer, use ice water, and in the winter, use warm water (about 30°C). It may take longer in the winter. I recommend using a finger test. Recipe by Blue poppy cookpad.japan -
German bread German bread
I moved to the US from Germany and figured out the easiest way to get good bread is doing it on my own.You also can use just whole wheat flour or put in for example pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds or onions. This is just a simple and fast ground mix, vary it as you like.Once it is done let it rest for ten minutes then cut a few slices and add butter and a little bit salt ;-)You also can toast it the next day and do sandwiches.Don't put it in a plastic bag, just cover it so it doesn't dry out completely till you ate it all.My grandma used to do bread soup with the dry leftovers, for this best cut it in slices and let it dry...FloJeep

Lagana (Greek Bread) Lagana (Greek Bread)
Monday was our Clean Monday or Ash Monday, and is the day we usually bake the Greek Bread “Lagana”. I am sure you have seen other photos of Lagana from other Food Bloggers that look gorgeous 🙂 (Great Work fellow bloggers!!) mine doesn’t look like much, I know, but it does taste very good. 🙂Now, you might be wondering why my bread isn’t oval shaped, well like I have mentioned before my kitchen is quite small and I have very limited counter space. 🙂 (I don’t mind though I do my best with what I have). 🙂 So, I used a baking pan that I have and just used my fingers to push it out into a oval shape. This bread is so thin that you can actually use it to dip into the delicious dips you enjoy eating, or you can spread your dip onto the Lagana. 🙂 or even make delicious thin sandwiches….:) Foodzesty -

Healthy Whole Wheat Flour & Oatmeal Bread Healthy Whole Wheat Flour & Oatmeal Bread
I wanted to eat oatmeal bread [Recipe No: 632322] with something sweet but I also want to eat a vegetable filled sandwich with whole wheat bread [Recipe No: 610503].So I combined both for a bread filled with dietary fiber. The amount of time for the second rising and the baking time will change depending on the oven so adjust accordingly.During the baking in Step 6, if it seems that the top is becoming overcooked, I recommend covering with aluminum foil. The height of the bread is a bit low.
