Cooking Instructions

Peel all the potatoes, and rinse them with clean water

Boil maize until soft and set aside, Ina another pot, boil potatoes with in salty water until cooked and ready to mash

When all the two ingredients are ready and hot, combine in one suitable pot and mash until well combined
- 4
Final product should not have too much maize, to make it tasty, cook onions in a pan and oil, until golden brown, add mukimo until fully combined,
- 5
Serve while hot with vegetables
