Scallops and Asparagus Stir-fried in Lemon, Butter and Soy Sauce

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp
I wondered if scallops and lemon would go well together, so I tried making this!
Make sure you don't over-mix everything. Turn the heat off before adding the lemon juice.
The flavor will vary depending on the amount of scallops and moisture, so adjust the amount of soy sauce as necessary! Recipe by Kyasarintei
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Remove the shells and dark sinews from the scallops.
- 2
Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the scallops on both sides. Add the asparagus. Don't mix them around too much.
- 3
When the moisture has evaporated, add the butter and the soy sauce. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
