Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 340F/170C. In a bowl, combine cake flour, sugar, and milk cocoa. Use a whisk to mix well. It's ok once there are no lumps.
- 2
Mix in vegetable oil and milk.
- 3
Use a rubber spatula to mix with a cutting motion. It's good if you can mix it into a single lump. If you can't, wrap it up and knead it from the outside until it becomes a single lump.
- 4
Make bite-sized balls (about 10 g) and lay on a baking pan covered with baking paper. Bake at 340F/170C for 15-20 minutes.
- 5
After they've baked, let cool on the baking pan. The dough will still be soft so let them cool without touching them. Once they've cooled, sprinkle powered sugar on top.

I made my favorite kind of cookies, and they were delicious!!!The cookies spread out a bit when baked, so line them up on the baking sheet with some room between them. If you chill the dough for a bit in a freezer, it will be easier to slice. You can use the dough to make cut-out cookies too. Recipe by pocky25 cookpad.japan -

Super Crispy Milk Cookies Super Crispy Milk Cookies
Crispy! And crunchy.I thought up a cookie to suit my tastes. It's okay even if it browns. Bake it to taste. The white cookies are lightly flavored, but browned cookies are fragrant. If you don't like a powdery taste, I suggest baking it to crispy cookies.Bake so that the moisture in the center evaporates. If it's subtle, then place in the warm oven after baking for a while. Recipe by kkomugi cookpad.japan -

It's just a simple, quick recipe.Just mix, shape, and bake. Even if the dough turns out crumbly you can just wrap it in plastic wrap and press it all together, so there's no need to worry. If you use powdered sugar instead of regular sugar, they will come out crunchy. If you use caster or brown sugar, they will melt in your mouth. If you want to make this a more mature flavor, add about 1 tsp of rum depending on the texture of the dough. You don't need to add baking powder Recipe by CAFE703 cookpad.japan -

This was my first time trying to make cookies, so I used a small amount of ingredients just in case it didn't turn out well. Surprisingly, they were quite delicious! ^^ If you decide to make them, feel free to double or triple the ingredients. The amount I made yields only 12 cookies with a diameter of 2 inches and about 0.4 inches thick, just tiny 😂 Thảo is cookingTranslated from Cookpad Vietnam -

Matcha Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies Matcha Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies
The mini matcha chocolate chips that I received as a gift was so tasty that I made it myself. I also wanted my daughter to overcome her dislike of matcha. The deepness of color depends on the matcha, but I recommend you don't use more than 3 g. The wrapped dough from step 6 must be hardened like sticks that don't bend when stood. The color of the dough in step 8 looks really dark, but it becomes a nice green color when baked.
