Ingredients

  1. 280 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 50 gramsButter
  3. 25 gramsSugar
  4. 150mm Milk
  5. 5 gramsSalt
  6. 25 gramsEgg
  7. 2 4/5 gramsDry yeast
  8. 1Egg (for coating)

Cooking Instructions

    Add the ingredients to the bread case. Put the yeast in the yeast compartment.

    Separate into 40 g pieces, make into round shapes, and place on a parchment paper lined baking pan. Apply water and allow to rise for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Once they've increased to twice their size, coat with the egg. Cover the whole thing for a nice glossy finish.

    Bake in the oven at 170℃ for 10 to 20 minutes and they're complete.
