Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the squid into easy-to-eat pieces. Peel off the hard skins of the base of the asparagus with a peeler and cut into large pieces.
- 2
Open up the squid liver with the knife, and scrape off the insides with the back of the knife. Chop the liver finely with the knife until it is smooth.
- 3
Add 1 tablespoon of sake to the squid liver and mix well.
- 4
Add butter into a hot frypan. Once the butter has melted, add the squid and asparagus, and stir-fry.
- 5
Once the squid turns white, add the liver and fry well over medium heat.
- 6
Once the liver starts to brown, add a teaspoon of soy sauce. Remove to a plate, sprinkle on some always-versatile green onions, and it's done!
