Put the heavy cream in a saucepan and heat. Turn off the heat once the mixture starts to bubble slightly.

Fill two separate piping bags with the melted chocolates, and pipe out heart shapes onto parchment paper to use as decorations.

I've made these with corn flakes before, but I thought they might be crunchier and tastier with biscuit cookies so I tried it. My family loved it.Mix the biscuit bits in really well until they become a part of the chocolate. Also make sure not to forget to press the chocolate into the mold firmly. Step 7 is easiest to do once the chocolate has hardened a little bit. If there are any air pockets the chocolates won't harden nicely. Recipe by Nyanyadeko cookpad.japan -
Easy Chocolate Truffles for Valentine's Day Easy Chocolate Truffles for Valentine's Day
I have been making these truffles for a while now.-This is a simplified recipe to coat cocoa powder directly onto the truffles, but you can actually create a layer of chocolate by thinly coating the truffles with melted chocolate before coating with the cocoa powder.-Coat the truffles again to make it more authentic.Step 1: Plastic wrap may be used as a substitute of the parchment paper.Step 1: You can also use bitter chocolate. Reduce the amount of heavy cream when using milk chocolate. Please adjust the amount of brandy to your taste.-Don't worry about adding mizuame if not available.-Makes about 10 truffles with 3 bars of chocolate. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Another user's crispy chocolate recipe was so good that I made it over and over again. I found some raspberries in the refrigerator, so I added them and they turned out pretty good. You can also microwave the chocolate. That seems easier and more foolproof. You can also substitute the rasberries with freeze-dried strawberries. When shaping the chocolate, it's easy to use two spoons in both hands. For 15-20 chocolate, 2.5 cm [1.0 in] in diameter.
