I wanted to try baking a bread with both skim and regular milk.
As for the amount of sugar, it is delicious with a tablespoon each of sugar and honey.

Place the ingredients into the bread pan (place the dry yeast into the compartment).

This time I baked it on the "soft bread" course on the regular setting.

It is easy to cut once it cools.
