My beef stir fry My beef stir fry
To be honest I have no idea how much beef I used but it served 4 and it was great! I've made this so many times already and never paid attention to how much I used of everything, I go free style on most of the things I make, so anyways you can add more or less of all this depending on what you like. Easy & Refreshing Beef Stir-Fry Easy & Refreshing Beef Stir-Fry
I wanted to make a recipe using domestic beef and a Sunshine Tomato from Iwaki in Fukushima prefecture to match with Japanese rice that we can be proud of. Something that was quick to cook and easy to eat and went well with rice, and so this recipe was born. The tender beef, the sweetness of the Japanese leek and the acidity of the tomatoes go well together, and really whets your appetite. It's beef so you just have to cook it briefly. The key to this dish is to use high heat throughout to stir fry everything. The tomato just has to be quickly stir-fried too.If you cook the leek for some time, it will become sweeter and more tasty. For 2 servings. Recipe by Satomiwa cookpad.japan
