Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 1/2 cuppeanuts
  3. 2-3curry leaves
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspmango powder
  12. 1 cupchopped onion
  13. 1 cupchopped potato
  14. 1 cupchopped tomato
  15. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan add peanuts deep fry in medium hot oil strain and take out it in a bowl.

    Now add capsicum, potato, tomato.

    Add poha, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder

  4. 4

    Coriander powder, mango powder mix it well and cook for 5 mins. at medium flame.

    Now add sugar, peanut mix it again. Switch off the gas. Poha is ready to Serve.
