Ingredients

  1. Freshly chopped potatoes
  2. 200 gflour
  3. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoonPaprika
  5. 1/4Turmeric powder
  6. 1/4Food color(. Orange/ yellow)
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, (flour, salt, turmeric, paprika, black pepper and food colour). Mix well.

    Add water and stir gently until you get a heavy consistent paste.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped potatoes and stir until all are coated with the paste.
    Fry them under medium heat until thoroughly cooked.

    Serve alongside sausages, smokies or a salad of choice
