Ingredients

40 minutes

  1. 500 gMinced meat
  2. 2onions, diced
  3. 4tomatoes, blended
  4. Spices; 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 beef Royco cubes
  5. 1green bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
  6. 3 tablespoonspeanut butter
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tablespoonsoil
  9. 50 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and translucent

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes, stir and add the spices and salt. Stir. Let it cook for about 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the minced meat and stir well, breaking apart the minced meat

  4. 4

    Add water and stir well. When the stew starts to bubble, add the peanut butter, stir then lower the heat. Cover and let it cook for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the bell peppers and stir for 2 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and serve as desired
