Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 350 gmargarine
  3. 350 gsugar
  4. 7 pceggs
  5. 5 gbaking powder
  6. 20 gdried fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Weigh ingredients accurately

  2. 2

    Cream flour 350g with 350g margarine n baking powder. Meanwhile soak fruits in water

  3. 3

    Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy and bubbly

  4. 4

    Add the egg mixture to flour mixture

  5. 5

    Add remaining 150gm flour

  6. 6

    Add fruits and bake at 180dregees
