Wash and cut chicken,set aside.

Add sliced onion, ginger paste, curry, salt,thyme and seasoning to the chicken, mix

Marinate for 30 minutes and then boil the chicken until tender.

Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown
- 5
Grind tomato,habareno, onion together
- 6
In a pan add little oil add in the grinded mixture,pour in little amount of the chicken broth add little seasoning if required. Stir fry until the oil settles at top

Add in fried chicken together with chopped green pepper and stir well allow to simmer for few minutes on low heat.

Serve!

This yummy dish is served best at parties along side some jollofrice and chicken. Its a burst of juices from the sauce to the squishy feel of the plantain. I remember always l1 ooking forward to my turn once i realize there is giz dodo being served at the event.Its quite easy to make and i hope you enjoy it as much as i do.
