Use fresh eggs and cook the piccata patiently over low heat. Don't forget the lid.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the cod into 5 pieces.

Mix the ingredients marked ● together, and sprinkle over the cod.

Mix the ingredients marked ★ together in a bowl. Coat the cod from Step 2 with the egg mixture.

Heat some oil in a frying pan over low-medium heat. Put in the cod, cover with a lid and steam-fry.

When the cod pieces have browned, turn them over. Put the lid back on and steam-cook until browned on the other side, and they're done!
