Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 packsstir-fry noodles
  2. 5 oz (150 g)pork belly
  3. 1/4 headcabbage
  4. 1 tablespooneach of soy sauce, sake, oyster sauce
  5. 1/2 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder
  6. 2 incheseach of garlic and ginger paste
  7. 1/2 cup (100 ml)water
  8. as neededCornstarch mixed with water,

Cooking Instructions

    Preparation: Slightly tear the noodle package and microwave for 1 minute. Cut the pork belly and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and brown the noodles.

    In another pan, heat sesame oil and stir-fry the pork belly.
