Fresh Baby Shrimp and Baby Sardines Over Rice

  1. 1/2 cupboiled baby shrimp ("Sakura-ebi")
  2. 1/2 cupboiled baby sardines ("Shirasu")
  3. 1/2 cupchopped myoga
  4. 1/2 cupchopped shiso leaves
  5. 2 Tablespoonssesame seeds
  6. Shoyu (soy sauce)
  7. Nori (seaweed)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash shiso leaves.

    Chop shiso leaves

  3. 3

    Wash myoga.

  4. 4

    Chop myoga into strips.

  5. 5

    Put freshly cooked rice in a bowl, add baby shrimp, baby sardines, shiso, myoga and nori (seaweed) and sesame seeds over rice. Pour a little shoyu (soy sauce).
