Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings

  2. 1/2onion
  3. as neededShredded lettuce,
  4. 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  5. 1 teaspoonchili bean paste, to taste
  6. as neededOil,
  7. Sauce■
  8. 4 tablespoonswater
  9. 3 tablespoonsketchup
  10. 1 tablespoonsake
  11. 1 teaspooneach sugar, cornstarch, chicken bouillon powder
  12. 1/2 teaspooneach grated garlic, ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper (not listed in ingredients), and let sit on a paper towel for about 15 minutes. Pat dry any moisture that comes out.
