Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 500 gpork, chopped
  2. 1green capsicum
  3. 4tomatoes chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. Flour for Ugali

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the chopped pork over a medium heat then let it cook until it gives oil.

  2. 2

    When already golden brown add the onion, salt and capsicum and let it boil for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Then add tomatoes and stir. let cook for 10 minutes while stirring. Then serve use the flour to cook Ugali
