Ingredients

25 minutes
2-3 persons
  1. 50 gpork (minced)
  2. 50 gshrimp
  3. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 1 tspmushroom sauce
  5. 1 tspsweet soy sauce (optional)
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2tsb pepper
  9. 2 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  10. starch (as needed)
  11. Spring onion (chopped)
  12. Dumpling wrap
  13. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients as shown in the picture

    Mix mince pork and chopped shrimp in a medium bowl, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, mushroom sauce, spring onion, and garlic.

    Sprinkle some starch to make them stick.

  4. 4

    Put the mixture in the dumpling wrap.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil and deep fry them.
