Fish is very nutritious and rich in proteins

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2whole fried fish
  2. 2chopped tomatoes
  3. 1chopped onions
  4. cooking oil
  5. salt
  6. leavescoriander

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the onions with oil. add tomatoes

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 cup of water for soup and some some salt.

  3. 3

    Add the coriander leaves and dip in the fish. let it cook for 10 mins. Remove from heat and serve with Ugali.
