  1. 250 gmaize flour
  2. 1full cup water
  3. 1 bunchsukuma
  4. 1onion
  5. oil
  6. cubesalt and royco

    For ugali: in a pot boil water, when ready add the flour, stir consistently till it forms a mixture

    Repeat the procedure until the ugali cooks to your desire

  3. 3

    Put it in a plate and cover it using the same pot

  4. 4

    For Sukuma: Heat the oil in a pot, add chopped onions, leave to turn brown,

  5. 5

    Add the chopped sukuma. sprinkle salt and royco cube immediately, stir them altogether,

  6. 6

    Steam for 3 mins and serve while hot
