Cabbage with carrot and fish cake Cabbage with carrot and fish cake
This is a refined technique of Chinese "oily stir fry vegetable" which I slightly modified for modern frying pan. Why I used cabbage. It's cheap (one whole cabbage cost $2), it's resistant to overcooking (as long you keep stirring and used medium heat), it's taste sweet and delicious after properly cooked (you may not need to eat rice). Corned Beef and Red Cabbage Corned Beef and Red Cabbage
If you like corned beef hash, and corned beef and cabbage then this dish is for you!!! Just be sure you don't over salt the potatoes. They are thin and greatly influenced in the salty water. Same with the cabbage vinegar sugar and salt. The vinegar allows the cabbage to retain its colors. skunkmonkey101
