  1. 1/2medium size cabbage (chopped)
  2. 1/4beef(sliced)
  3. 1 pccarrot(grated)
  4. 1 pctomato(chopped)
  5. to tastesalt
  6. to tastecooking oil
  7. 1 litrewater

Cooking Instructions

    Put the sliced and washed beef in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Add the onion and tomatoes,season with salt

  3. 3

    Add like 2 cups of water to help the beef Cook well

  4. 4

    Cook the beef for 15 minutes..

  5. 5

    Add the cabbage and grated carrots

  6. 6

    Cover and cook for 4 minutes then stir using a cooking stick

  7. 7

    Cover and let the cabbage cook completely

  8. 8

    Preferable served with chapatti

  9. 9

    Serve while hot.
