Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2bananas, broken into chunks and frozen previously
  2. 2very ripe pears, peeled and cored
  3. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  4. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  6. 300 mlmilk of choice
  7. 2 tbspground flax / linseeds or chia seeds (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Throw everything in a blender and puree smooth

  2. 2

    Divide between 2 serving glasses and garnish with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon
