Potatoes and sukuma

Cooking Instructions

Peel potatoes into small pieces

Cut 2 big tomatoes and onions..

Put onions in a sufuria and cooking oil and stir until it's golden brown.

Add tomatoes and after some minutes you add potatoes

Add potatoes stir also for some minutes and add one cup of water and then wait to cook..

Cut vegetables into small pieces..

After potatoes is cooked,put Little amount of cooking oil in another sufuria

Add the already cut vegetable and wait to cook for about 5 minutes...overcooking of vegetables leads to loss of some nutrients present..

Serve the food while its hot!
