Cooking Instructions

Cut small pieces of onion,put in the sufuria.

Add cooking fat in sufuria.

Wait for 1 min the onion will turn colour to brown,cut small pieces of garic,add in the sufuria,stir them together. for 30 seconds

Add pilau masala half table spoon. stir together the mixture.

Put boiled meet in the mixture,add water (small measure). wait for 2 mins.

After 2mins add salt,stir well together.

Wash rice well until all the white colour is gone,add into the sufuria, add water which half litre.
- 8
After 10 mins your pilau will be ready for serving
