I always make this dish, so my hands remembers how to make it.Caution:1) This dish is delicious seasoned simply with salt and tomatoes, so don't add other ingredients or vegetables or it'll mess up the dish. If you don't like the tartness of tomatoes, half the amount of tomatoes.2) Use salt and pepper if you don't have ground Sichuan pepper powder.1) Peel the tomatoes (tip at Recipe ID : 851662).2) Use slightly more salt than usual to bring out the tartness of the tomatoes. Was craving fried food and cheese, and didn't want to pay to go out to eat. Whipped this up from what I had in the fridge: cheeses could easily be substituted, and fresh tomatoes could replace salsa. This is the wonderful monster I came up with, so easy and delicious!

More an idea than cooking recipe, but in case you happen to have these things on hand and it doesn't occur to you that you can make a meal of them...I used to eat something like this all the time when I was a kid. Comforting and delicious!

I just took three things that I love and put it in one pot

I used dried wakame seaweed and ended up with too much after rehydrating it.If you have any leftover wakame seaweed after making salad or soup, give this a try.Chikuwa and wakame seaweed give a good flavour to this dish. Drizzle soy sauce or mentsuyu on top before serving.Stir up the egg mixture when the edges start to set. Otherwise it will lose the nice yellow colour of the eggs and the result will turn out messy.
