Cooking Instructions

Firstly in a pan add oil and heat it.Now put black mustard seeds in it.

Now put cut onions and tomatoes in this and saute it.

Add all species like salt,turmeric,chilli powder.

Now wash poha in a bowl but not so wet.
- 5
Put this washed poha in pan and cook for 1 -2 minutes.
- 6
Garnish it with almonds and squeeze lemon for sour taste.😋

Hence the term Kanda Poha or Kanda Pohe. In some variations of poha recipe, potato is added instead of onions. Some people like to add both onions and potatoes.
