Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgbeef cut into small strips
  2. Soy sauce
  3. Garlic
  4. Ginger
  5. Black pepper
  6. Salt
  7. tablespoonCooking oil
  8. Tomatoe
  9. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate in ginger, garlic, Soysauce,salt and black pepper for 10-15 minutes

    In a hot pan add the cooking oil

  3. 3

    Put the meat and stir

  4. 4

    Add the onion and any veggies that you prefer continue stirring then add tomatoes and remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Serve with your preferred dish. I choose indomine
