  1. Dengu½kg
  2. 3large onions
  3. 6large tomatoes
  4. 1 tbsjeera seeds
  5. 1/2 tbsmustard seeds
  6. 6cloves(karafuu)
  7. 8 clovesgarlic
  8. 2 tbsturmeric
  9. Green chillies
  10. Dania
  11. Salt
  12. Oil
  13. leavesCurry

Cooking Instructions

    Preboil Dengu set aside

  2. 2

    In your pan add oil then jeera,mustard,cloves.Then add curry leaves and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add your onions cook till done

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes, garlic,dania and turmeric

  5. 5

    Cook for approximately 4min

  6. 6

    Now put your Dengu and salt to taste

  7. 7

    Simmer and cook for 5min garnish with dania
