Cooking Instructions

Wash ur beef,stock fish and kpomo and place on a pot on medium heat,add knorr,salt and sliced onions,cover and simmer till d stock comes out, then add water to cover the content a little and allow to cook till d beef is soft and d stock reduced.

In a fresh pot on fire,pour almost all d oil and reserve jus a tiny bit,allow to heat up,add ur blended groundnut and fry for a minute or two.

Add ur crayfish,onion and dry pepper and continue frying, add d stock,cover and cook for 5mins on high heat,

Check d consistency, if its too thick,add little water.

Add d beef and cook for a minute.

Add d ugwu and cook for 1-2mins,ur soup is ready.

In a bowl,dissolve ur start with little water and place on a pot on fire,add ur oil and start stirring with a spatula till it becomes thick. The starch is ready.
