  1. 250 gPork lard
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Cabbage
  4. Spinach
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the lard in cubes,after washing, place in the pot. Add sliced onion & tomatoes.

    Cook it on Medium heat, add the finely chopped spinach & cabbage.

  3. 3

    Stir well & add salt then oil. Serve with hot Ugali.
